	Northwest Home Connections^SM, an exclusive new program that handles those time-consuming aspects of a move, is now available to customers, compliments of their Windermere agent. Eligible participants include all Windermere customers with listings or sales in escrow.


	Services provided by Northwest Home Connections include connect, disconnect and transfer of utilities including:

	Water/Sewer

	Gas/Heating Oil


	Garbage

	Telephone


	Northwest Home Connections also provides change of address services including:


	Local Newspaper

	Driver's License

	Voter Registration


	Postal

	Vehicle Registration

Eligible Windermere customers authorize the service at the point of sale through the completion of one simple form. Interested clients will be contacted by Northwest Home Connections to confirm local service providers and preferences (client lists will not be sold, distributed or disclosed to other except as required to provide services). Customers are serviced by the same companies they would otherwise be contacting themselves for all the necessary services involved with a move.
